On 01 June 2000 at 13:09:31 GMT +0200 (which was 12:09 where I

Check the "Home directory" on the Account properties "Files and
Directories" configuration panel. You may have an invalid location
specified there and TB is panicking when it tries to move the message
from the temp location into the message base.
Check your incoming mail filters for that account.
Can't think of anything else to suggest.
