Hello, I have the following problem: Sending mails with the bat! 1.44 under win98 se did not work. The Compuserve Mail server responds with this message: Temporary Authentication Failure! What can I do? My e-mail client is configured this way: Send Mail SMTP Server: smtp.cs.com Advanced SMTP options Perform SMTP Authentication (RFC 2554) Use Specific Login: Account: Username Password: Password Receive Mail Mail Server: imap.cs.com Use protocol : IMAP4 User: Username Password: Password Receiving mails works fine, but sending did not work. I did not have this problem with outlook express! But I would not use outlook anymore !!! I think it is a bug in the bat but I don't know.
