Hi My office fax system sends an email out when a fax is either sent or received. The fax is attached as a PDF file. Recently since I've moved over to IMAP I've noticed that the attachment is always named 'part.att' when it should be of the form <filename>.pdf.
If I save and rename the attachment with a .pdf extension I can view the file but it seems an unnecessary action. I have checked with the fax software vendor and they can throw no light on it, so I'm starting to suspect TheBat! And IMAP. When I used POP3 it was never an issue. Any ideas?
