My wife is running ver 4.2.44.2 of TB, and yesterday her outbox froze
up on one account. No messages get sent out, although incoming
messages are received just fine. Outgoing messages just sit there.
The Connection Center times itself out. The account log shows this as
its final line:

> !3/30/2013, 16:35:01: FETCH - Connection to host broken (last
> commands sent were: "USER deeoliverio", "PASS")

On a second account (only two are set up), outgoing messages just keep
going out repeatedly--one message will be sent out again and again
until we manage to delete it from the outbox (no mean feat).
Rebooting doesn't change anything--when TB loads, it just starts
sending the same message out again. Here the account log looks
normal, just repeating that it sent the message.

I seem to recall something like the frozen outbox happening before
and discovered that the outbox messages had somehow all been set
to "Park". When they were unparked, everything was fine. This
is clearly something else.

Her version of TB is slightly newer than mine and both are running
under Win 7.
