I haven't ever used Delphi 2 (the language TB written in), but my
Delphi 3 forms all start with "FF 0A" in hex.
I thought it's a Delphi form file 'cause it contains strings like
Label1..Label20, GroupBox etc. - the names of TB's visual components.
