You may try something. - Exit TB. - Look for ACCOUNT.QTB file in your MAIL directory (which holds Common QTs). - Copy it to a safe place and then delete it or rename it. - Start TB and try to use your 'salutation' QT. - If it doesn't work, then you are right and it is a Common QT - If it does work, then my friend, it is a shared account QT Don't forget to exit TB and get your original ACCOUNT.QTB file back in place.
