I remember having one but deleted it long time ago. When I do New Message ->Utilities -> Insert -> Insert Quick Template; I find the QT there but cannot find it in Menu ->Tools->Quick Templates. My only conclusion is that it is the ghost of the deceased common folder which I deleted long ago!
