Just a "heads up": If you were to enter a very long password into TB to use for a very secure account password, be aware that the password will be truncated (without any warning whatsoever) to 70 characters [at least it's 70 in TB V.4.2.44.2].
The upshot of this might be that you could lock yourself out of that account (since the password you entered into TB would not be the one that TB will have ~accepted~ as the password). "Dangerous" indeed. So, make sure you back up any account's settings before you experiment with any long passwords. (Restoring an account's settings is likely the simplest way to "rescue" that "over-secure" account.) -- Fred Using TheBat V.4.2.44.2 for POP3 mail with Windows 7 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 6.1.8 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
