Hello Everyone, I used to receive all my emails without encryption via POP but due to some changes relating to the server, this has now been changed to TLS.
Unfortunately there seems to be some issue with the certificate on the server, not properly covering the mail server only the website. We are going to fix this but in the mean time TB is refusing to download the relevant emails. The first time I changed the protocol and tried this, some alert came up, advising me about this untrusted certificate and asking if I wanted to accept it or similar. I believe I said yes but I am only getting TlS handshake failures. I can't force the pop-up again to look up the override or amend it and cannot find the setting for this.
