I use "list_name <list>" in the template for a group. Right now, I have the salutation hard-coded in the template for the group. Is there a way of personalizing the salutation for each recipient so that instead of everyone being addressed as "Friends," the salutation in the individual messages would vary based on, say, the first name in the address book?
