Try using Folder ->> Maintenance Centre, and have "Check > integrity/repair" selected. thank you - I just did this and had to abort after about 4 hours. The process starts normally but then after going through the first folders quite quickly, it seems to get stuck somewhere in the main one. While the green process bar "pretends" to work, nothing more seems to be happening. The same goes for stopping the process, it does not stop and eventually I need to kill TB via task manager. I suppose even for a folder with 4000 emails it should not take that long? What other options do I have now? At this point I can still use TB and have access to my emails but I am getting nervous that the folder is corrupted and I may lose everything. I do have some backups but I am not sure how long ago the issue first popped up. The original error message re backup is at least 3 weeks old but the process still completed. So while I have a number of backups, I am no longer sure I can rely on them. -- Tom using TheBat! 4.2.33.9 on XP ________________________________________________ Current version is 7.1 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
