Hello TBUDL'ers,

I was trying to forward an email and it kept getting denied, ostensibly by
Charter (my ISP). But when I click on the part of the denial that says:

Please visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster, I get a 404 error from Charter
(now Spectrum).

Below is the entire TB log message containing the above link.

So, who is preventing the transmission of this forward? It's worth noting that I
can send the forward using my Gmail account from within TB!.
