Stefan explained this once on TBBETA, but I can't find it at the
moment. The basic idea is that since TB was using a fairly simple
encryption scheme, it was easy to work around it anyway. So instead
of providing a sense of false security, RITLabs decided to let the
users find better utilities to manage their encryption needs.
Obviously the Help file is in need of an update.
