        TB! will not allow specification of any quote prefixes different
from what it uses at present. :-( I'm hoping that one day it will.

        It's really only two, but they invoked such long threads that
things seem magnified. The first was the control of the attachment
launching pop-up warning dialog and the other is how to re-enable the
subject warning after disabling it. Manipulation of these may be done
only via the registry at present. Stefan has conceded to the wisdom in
making these options accessible via the TB! interface and very candidly
gave his reason for not yet doing it .... a stroke of transient laziness
on his part. I'm quite sure the options will appear soon.

        There is also the perennial argument about where the TB!
configuration data should be stored, ie, ini file versus registry.
