Sounds like a PATH problem. I'd ask where the "old bat" was installed
to, then where the "new bat" is installed to.
( including all drive letter )
for example
you install TB to C:\TB
then you go to another computer and install
TB to J:\TB
even if you've copied the tree structure of all the directories and
imported the old registry key you'll have to EDIT and tell it that
your actual messages are on "J" and not "C."
