These are the learnings:

1.) The accounts on the different computers need to have the same name and 
folder structures. (That's obvious)
2.) The drive letter where Dropbox resides must be the same on both computers. 
(That's why it didn't work at first. Had to rename the drive on one machine.)
3.) Only one computer can run TB! at any time, and when you close it, you have 
to wait until Dropbox actually updates all files from the first commputer to 
the second.

Dropbox sometimes takes its time to propagate file updates. When updating an 
account, I was surprised that the update was not shwon in the otehr computer,

I also found the same "conflicted copy" for MESSAGES.TBB file. It took me a 
while to figure out that the file was updated by Dropbox on the target machine 
while TB! was open there. So, point number 3 above took some time.
 
I will now think of a good use for my new finding. :-)
