just means that there is something that he is not understanding or
overlooking. :-)

        This is a nice way of dealing with it. I set PGP to wrap at the
same line length as TB!. I however reformat any material that I quote.
If you don't necessarily reformat quoted text then the quoted material
could get terribly wrapped by PGP upon sending messages. I'm seeing this
effect in some of the PGP signed messages sent here. PGP is pretty much
mangling the formatting with it's own wrapping engine, producing an
Outlook type effect. :-(
