That little arrow you are referring to will give you a list of your
"Favourites" from your Address Book. Open your TB! AB... Notice the
little white [] under the "Favourites" column? If you [x] along side a
few of the Address entries you use the most, you will then find those
addresses that you checked... now listed under the little arrow on the
"Create a new message" button.
You can also access Your Favourites List by right clicking in an empty
To:, Cc:, or Bcc: data entry line.
