Hello Nick,
On 03 July 2000 at 10:42:39 GMT -0700 (which was 18:42 where I live)
Nick ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) typed:
NA> I just created a new message and then I PGP clear-signed the message. Then,
NA> I saved this message as a text file, and had TB! include it in the reply
NA> via the Macro.
I thought about doing it this way but was not sure if the signature would
be verifiable on a continual basis. Surely attaching a PGP signed text
file to an email would cause PGP to treat that text file as being edited
after it was signed and so return a bad verification.
NA> When you do this, send yourself a test message to be sure the signature
NA> verifies as "Good".
I'll certainly try it, see what happens and report back.
And in answer to the same question Allie said:
AM> I sign mine externally. It's not signed for each messge.
Forgive me if I'm wrong but if you sign each individual request for your
PGP key seperately, does this not defeat the object of an auto response?
