There was a similar problem some time ago discussed on this list.
I'm not sure if it was fixed or not, so this may or may not work.
A .msg file is treated just like any other message that you might
receive. As such it must conform to the RFCs. One of the
requirements is that the headers and the body be separated by a blank
line. However, some mailers and/or servers delete this line
so it is no longer blank (GroupWise is known to have this problem).
So TB doesn't know where the headers end and the body begins.
Thus TB treats the message as though there are a whole bunch of
custom headers and does not display them. The text is there, just
hidden. To view the message, press ctrl-shift-k to toggle show all
headers.
