What about creating a .cmd or .bat file with contents like that:
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
cd /d f:\progra~1\winrar
f:\progra~1\winrar\winrar.exe
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
and then tell TB to execute "command /c younameit.bat" ?
(/d works in NT4's cmd.exe, I don't know if this switch exists in Win98)
