Hello The Bat! developers,
I'm using The Bat! Version 1.45 S/MIME
Serial Number 8645E6FE
under Windows NT 5.0 Build 2195
and would like to report a bug
(In fact, there are 2.)
The bug description:
When a filter triggered by a hotkey, under certain condition, the
action is applied only to the first selected message.
Under some other condition, The Bat would hang.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Create a Incoming filter as the following:
Source folder: Inbox (can't be changed)
Destination folder: Test (any folder OTHER THAN Inbox!!)
String: _ (blank, or anything you like, same with location and presence)
Action: Flag the message (or anything you may notice)
Options: Execute with hotkey, and DO NOT check the "Check the selected
messages against this rule" option.
Now, select more than one messages in any folder other than the
destination folder, and press the hotkey. Theoretically, only all
the messages selected would be flagged and moved to the
destination folder, but in fact only the first one would be moved
to the Test folder, while others remains in the source folder.
(All messages would be flagged as expected, though.)
Now, go to the Test (destination) folder, select some messages,
and press the hotkey--TB hangs.
Regards,
Ming-Li
