You can laugh as loud as you like but the chap from technical support
that I spoke to seemed very interested. Interested enough to ask me to
repeat the web address so he could write it down.
The thing that slightly annoyed me was the fact that he naturally
assumed, as do most technical support lines, that I had to be using
Outlook Express as if there was no other choice.

Thank you very much. I'll now be able sun myself on the beach knowing
