I've read your message a couple of times. You are saying you receive a
message, and upon redirect, TB knows somehow who all the BCC
recipients of the original incoming message were.
I find that difficult to copy. Whenever I receive a message where the
original sender BCC'ed anybody, I cannot find that info anywhere in
the headers (must as I'd like to).
Exmaple: any message arriving on this mailing list.

Yes, please. Both the headers of the incoming message as well as the
re-directed one.
