For mail, copy everything in your mail folders will do. Each account
has its "Home directory". Check [Account/Properties/Files and
Directories] and you'll see it. If it says "<default>" there, then
it's a subfolder (named after your account name) under the "base
message folder", which you designated earlier, and remembered as
"Working Directory" in the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!]
If you didn't change anything during installation, the default is in
the "Mail" subfolder under the folder where you installed The Bat!
The address book is a file called "The_Bat!.ABK", which should be in
the same "Working Directory".
