Main menu: View / View Threads by / (several possibilities)
Expand active thread: crtl-+
Collapse thread: crtl-- (ctrl-minus)
Expand all threads: crtl-*
Collapse all threads: (still in wish list, AFAIK)
Keyboard shortcuts valid for US keyboard using the numpad.
