AFAIK, No. One folder at a time.

You may use the "Message Finder" tool to pull messages in different
folders (even different accounts) together in a "virtual folder".
Unfortunately, you can't export from the virtual folder. You can,
however, save selected messages in one text file. Thanks to the
newly-introduced "Save Template" (see [Account | Properties |
Template | Save Message]), you may define the way TB save the
messages. With a "save template" as below:
>From %OFromAddr %ODateEn, %OTimeLongEn
%HEADERS
%Text
the output is pretty close to what "export" function would produce.
The difference is at the "From" line leading a message, where in an
exported message should look like this:
>From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Aug 2 14:51:45 2000
while in a message saved with the above template it's like:
>From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wednesday, August 02, 2000, 2:08:07 PM
Nevertheless, you can easily correct it with a text editor.
