    Same as with most programs, trial and error.  So far the only docs that I
swear by are not online.

    O' Holy Programming Perl, plenty are your pages!  Wisdom filled are they.
Referenced mightily in the index.  Easily things are found for it is a
reference book by which many fall before.

    Yeah, verily, I do say that many do fall before the might of Programming
Perl but Python: Essential Reference stands tall.  It, too, is brimming with
wisdom and insight and, yes, a mighty index.  But its pages are not as plenty
as that of the book of Perl.  Yeah, it is smaller, thinner, but no less
powerful.

    I say unto you, children of the computer, that these two books, these Holy
Books, are good!  By them amazing deeds can be performed for they make arcane
scripture easy to read and right.

    So it has been written, so it has been said.
