The width of the mail ticket is variable. Mine is about 10 cms long.
It also floats some 3 cms under the top of the screen to allow for
some info in some apps that are at the top, and is off the right edge
by the width of the Office toolbar.
Basically, you can put it anywhere on the screen you want, at any
width. The height has two options only, but you cannot put all on the
edge like a toolbar.
