I'm not sure that this is possible at all. The only feasible way to do
that would be to set TB! as the default mail client and manually
launch LookOut. I'm sure it wouldn't take much effort to find a better
contacts manager, there is a lot of software out there which is
specifically designed for what you want to do.
Although this is really a mod issue please don't make a message a
priority unless it really is. Many people set their mail programs up
to do special things when they get priority message. Such as send the
subject of the e-mail to their mobile phone or pager and this does
tend to worry them when priority messages flash up.
