I don't know about the menus, but typing in %QInclude="PGP" will
work. Try is and see how it goes.
By the way, if you want to use a quick template across accounts, the
procedure is exactly the same. Even though the template is not
listed in the other accounts' quick templates, you can access it
using the original handle.
