Hello JM14, Jan> 1) Distribute a newsletter to everyone on the Jan> newsletter's mailing list (the addresses are in a Jan> separate group). Create a group that contains all the email addresses that you want to send the newsletter to. Make sure that all the address in the group has the favourite option NOT set (off - no tick). This can be done by either deselecting the favourite tick seperately or selecting all the addresses (Ctrl-A), right click to obtain popup menu, select properties on the popup menu, then select the "other" tab on the window displayed and then de-selecting the favourite option. This will set it for all the selected addresses. Then, in the new message window, in the BCC field right click to get menu option, select the group created. Only the group will be displayed in the BCC field. The other option is to type the name of the newly created group in the BCC field. The Bat! will automatically add the "<list>" to the end. The message will then be sent to all those in that group. The next time you want to send a newsletter to that group, type the name in an The Bat! will autocomplete. Jan> This list may eventually grow to include a few thousand Jan> names. This method will ensure not to see all the addresses when you right click on the BCC field. If there is any other option, then I would be eager to know too. -- Best regards, Christo mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- -------------------------------------------------------------- View the TBUDL archive at http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com To send a message to the list moderation team double click here: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To Unsubscribe from TBUDL, double click here and send the message: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -------------------------------------------------------------- You are subscribed as : [email protected] [ attachment has been stripe out by Mdaemon Server ]
