Hi Aaron,
On 23 August 2000 at 09:09:29 GMT -0700 (which was 17:09 where I
live) [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote and made these points on the subject
of "Where are the pictures in my html mail":

TB (Quite correctly) will only show in-line pictures included with the
mail. Any pictures that are external to the mail and need to be
retrieved with an HTTP GET command are outside the scope of an email
client and require a web browser to work correctly. TB is not a web
browser and shows a place marker where such images exist.
By viewing the message on the first tab (instead of the HTML) you can
double-click on the html attachment and view it in your favourite web
browser, which *can* retrieve the images.
