I see that you're using version 1.44 and, AFAIK, the answer to that is
no. This is the same as well for the latest release, version 1.45.
The latest beta does support this via the %Comments macro. For
further information and beta discussions you'd have to join our beta
list.
There's also another little app built for The Bat! called X-Ray, which
you could use to insert additional header lines.
