No. There are too many programs available for TB to support such a
system.

Does Quattro Pro support scripting? I did something similar, but I
used Lotus Approach. What I did was have my database program (or
your spreadsheet) generate a template in a text file. Then using
command line parameters, you can call TB and have it create a new
message based on this text template. So Quattro Pro would fill in
the variables, but TB can do any generic touch ups and stuff that you
might need.
If you are at all familiar with Quattro Pro's scripting, let me know
and I can try to help you with the logic of what needs to be
generated for TB. Unfortunately you'll have to figure out how to get
your spreadsheet to do this properly.
