What is your filter string on the Rule page?
Remember the main rule page is connected by OR functions to the
alternate sets. So if you have a blank or generic filter string on
the first page, the filter will trigger. Only *one* of the three
strings has to match for the filter conditions to be met. The logic
looks like this:
Main Rule String OR Alternate Set 1 OR Alternate Set 2 OR ...
If *any* single set matches the conditions (a blank set matches all
messages), then it will trigger.
