Hello John,
On Sunday, September 10, 2000 at 11:07:23 GMT +1000 (which was 6:07 PM
where I live) witnesses say John Phillips typed:
> How do you get the local time "where you live" to display in replies?
> What macro is this?
This uses a regular expression. The one I have is based on one
developed by Marck D. Pearlstone. Include the following into your
reply template:
%SETPATTREGEXP="(?m-s)Date\:\s*?((.*?[\d]{4})\s*?([\d]{0,2}\:[\d]{0,2}\:[\d]{0,2})\s*?(.*))"%REGEXPBLINDMATCH="%HEADERS"
On %ODATE at %SUBPATT="3" GMT%SUBPATT="4" (which was %OTIME
where I live) witnesses say %OFROMNAME typed:
> How about local date?
The info comes from the Headers. So if the local date is in the
headers, I'm sure you could probably extract it in your templates.
Unfortunately, I am only familiar with the *very* basics of regexp.
For this, you'd need someone better versed.
