TB 1.47/beta1 can be downloaded at ftp://ftp.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/beta
Also, you'd better join the TBBETA discussion list in order to discuss

There are no beta beta of v2 yet. And the alpha versions are not
uploaded anywhere.
