Stefano, are you wanting to use PGP, or S/MIME? The two are both
encryption systems, yet very different. I believe you are confusing the
two, and the way things are set up, it's understandable.
The "Sign when completed" that you mention, refers to S/MIME, and you need
to import a Certificate from Verisign or Thawte for this. If you go to
Privacy/PGP, you will see the PGP related commands for signing,
encrypting, and signing/encrypting.
Do you have PGP installed on your computer? What version? If you want help
