Hello Januk and everyone else...
JA> Dispatch Mail on server allows you to look at some select headers of
JA> the mail on your server. Then you can choose what to do, download,
JA> mark read on server, delete from server, etc. Try it and see what
JA> happens.
A very nice feature to have available, though I rarely use it. It sure
comes in handy when I begin downloading my email, and TB reports a
total of 2 or 3 MB. Oi! 90% of the time, if I cancel the download and
fire up Dispatcher, I'll find the enormous email is from a particular
HotMail user who recklessly and irresponsibly sends forwarded messages
with huge attachments.
Do I really need to wait to download a 2mb message so I can watch a
short Flash animation of a vaguely amusing joke?
The answer is no, at least not while I still have a 26400 connection.
When I get a cable modem (one fine day) maybe I'll change my mind. :-)
