I vaguely remember that something had changed with this header in one of
the last versions (can't remember in which version exactly). I just know
that I had problem with earlier versions before which had gone with this
change (I suddenly could send mail to a server which did not allow me to
send mail to before).
Now I want to avoid that this problem is back with v1.46. As I do not
yet have v1.46 here, please allow me to raise the question: How do I
have to set this header? Via a macro?
