The easiest way to do this is to leave your settings as they are and
just click the "x" to close in the corner of the window that pops up.
Then you won't encrypt.
Alternatively, if the majority to people you mail don't receive
encrypted messages, uncheck "encrypt new messages by default", and
through TB, go to Edit Mail/Privacy/Encrypt when completed, send and
then follow the encryption process for this.
I know of no macros or templates that would do this (but I am no Bat
expert) because you would have to make whatever you set up to refer
to a
list of those you wish to send encrypted messages, and the time
involved
in setting it up would be more than using the PGP functions
