On 24 September 2000 at 10:35:52 GMT -0500 (which was 16:35 where I

Yes - that would be because you didn't remove the original "%QUOTES"
that was in the template before adding the %QINCLUDE="req".

... that's right. I see that it did, as I thought it would, clean up
the '- --' signature mess that Deryk was asking about.
