Since you've tried the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L trick, this may be tougher
to solve. Are those message files (.tbb and .tbi files, especially
the former) still there (hopefully so)? If yes, then one or more of
the account configuration files (those account.* files under the
account home directory) may be corrupt. BTW, you didn't say if you
could go into account properties. Can you? The following is based on
the assumption that you can.

If you don't have a backup of those to restore, I would try the
following:

1. Close (exit) TB, and Copy everything (in Explorer or your file
manager) to another location for backup.

2. Try first deleting the ACCOUNT.FLX file, which is the file TB
stores your folder structure.

3. Launch TB, and it should create a new ACCOUNT.FLX. Now you should
see nothing but those 4 system folders under that account.

4. Try the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L trick again, and see if TB could
recreate the folder structure.
