Krister, 

When you get an encrypted message, go to Specials/Decrypt on the
toolbar.  This will bring up another window asking you for the
passphrase to decrypt.

Once you've typed that in, it will seem as nothing has happened, but
if you go out of the message window and back to the Main Window, you
will see the message Subject with "(PGP Decrypt)" afterwards.  Click
on that and you will see the Decrypted message.

It does work.  I'm using TB 1.46c and its ok here.
