Are all the messages in that folder from a specific sender? If so,
is the sender in your address book? Have you check the AB for
address-specific template? Are those messages html-only?
Try copying a message from other folder to this one, and see if you
can reply to it.
Try copying a message from this folder to another folder and see if
it can be replied there.
Try creating a new folder and copying the reply template from the
problematic folder to the new one, and see if it works there.
