Connect to the server and then click this icon. In fact, I don't have
an icon, I have only menu item Account / Desptach / All Messages. How
come you have an icon?

Anyway, you will see that TB will download only the headers and you
can do lots of things, like deleting on the server, downloading etc.

Couldn't find it in the help file either.
