Hello Ming-Li & Graham,
Have you ever lost something and looked all over the place for
it and still couldn't find the object? Well, as I said I've been
patiently looking around for the problem I figured I created or maybe
was the ISP's. OE was sending and receiving just fine, OE express the
same. Since I could send not receive I talked with the ISP, they were
experiencing some difficulties, however not when I was having the
problem.
So, back to searching... I did check the logs, confirmed I wasn't
connecting but couldn't ascertain why. Well, as usual just after I
reach out for help, I make a fool of myself and find a small simple
error. One little .il. in the POP3 header was missing. It was
visually blocked so I passed it up a couple of times figuring I usually
copy this from my SMTP area, must not have this time :<( Well, this is
the week for the dunce cap, I am collecting them;)
