Yes, you can. When you reinstall, only the updated files are replaced
and these are usually only files in the installation directory such as
the TB! executable, the help files, tip files, the readme.txt file and
sometimes a few DLL's. Your accounts, their configuration etc is left
intact.
I'm using the same TB! installation since April 1999, never once doing
an uninstall and I've installed *all* full releases and then majority of
beta's released since then. I have never lost anything during all of
these installations.
