This won't work since the draft status in the outbox is identical to
the parked status in any other folder. Parking is how you prevent a
message from being filtered, purged or otherwise deleted from a
folder. The only way to remove a parked or draft message is to
manually delete it by one of the many options presented by others.
Hope that helps clarify things a bit.
